There were used condoms in the room, the bathroom wasn't clean, and the rooms themselves were dirty. Charges were unclear, and the poor road made it difficult to reach the hotel. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, or use OYO for room bookings again.

After waiting half an hour for the lunch we'd ordered, I called reception. They said there was no cook right then and one would arrive only after two hours, so they would take our order then. But a hotel staff member had already written down what we wanted. There was no coordination among the staff. We also had to ask two or three times for extra towels by phone, and I finally went downstairs to get them myself. Reception called us to pay the bill while we were asleep. Who asks guests to pay just 3-4 hours after check-in? It was a terribly bad experience for me on any hotel or OYO visit.

The service needs work. The AC wasn't working, and there was no geyser even though one was listed in the OYO booking. Visitors had several other problems too. They should improve what they offer.

The food and staff service were superb, and the stay felt like great value for money. I’d really like to come back.
