For official work yesterday, I stayed at Villa Vistosa | Omaxe Hazratganj. It was a peaceful, comfortable place, a good fit for a business stay. The room was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Excellent experience.

I’m giving one star only because that’s the lowest rating available; this place deserves zero. We had a confirmed Agoda booking for 3 adults, but on arrival there was no reception desk, check-in counter, or staff anywhere. There was no infrastructure to support guests, and it felt like a ghost property. The man who answered the contact number from Agoda was extremely rude and refused to check us in despite our paid reservation. It’s highly unprofessional and misleading. We were left stranded. Avoid Villa Vistosa at Omaxe Hazratganj.
