The market, Fortis, and other industries in focal point are all close enough to reach on foot or very easily. It was a nice stay, with the available facilities and homely cooked food also on offer.

The staff are polite, but they’re often inattentive and careless, and they’re mostly absent from their posts, so you end up waiting. They also don’t allow couples here unless they’re married.

Getting to the place isn’t easy, and the service was very bad. They refused my OYO booking, and the staff seemed untrained. The rooms were dirty and smelled bad, with mosquitoes around. Whenever they brought something, they asked for money. I asked for Bisleri water and the hotel boy wanted 30rs when he delivered it.

I was really upset by how I was treated. I travel for work, arrived late, and had called ahead, but the owner, who runs a company in the hotel itself, was rude. They had no place for my driver to stay, as other hotels do, and demanded extra money for a separate room. It was around 3 on in night, so I felt I had no choice but to pay. They lock the gates, and when I asked them to open them, staff had to check with the owner, who didn’t answer in time. I had a verbal spat with the receptionist. Then a bouncer there started abusing me and said sone nii dete bhenchod. They also said they don’t take Oyo bookings, even though Oyo had confirmed mine for this hotel. A very bad experience, and I wouldn’t suggest staying here. Think twice before choosing this pathetic place.
