The hotel was gigantic and beautiful, but phone networks don't work in the halls or elsewhere inside. Calls and messages wouldn't go through within the premises.

The location was wonderful, and the staff were very cooperative. The rooms are beautiful and the washroom was clean. The hotel was so good, it met all my expectations.

The rooms were dirty and smelled damp and old. Service was nonexistent. Honestly, this is one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever visited, and ideally the hotel itself shouldn't be there either.

The ambience is fantastic and the staff are supportive. I had an excellent stay for work and would recommend the hotel to others.

The restaurant wasn't operating during my stay, which was disappointing, especially after a long journey when onsite dining would have been convenient. The hotel's décor and furnishings were worn and outdated, and it clearly needs renovation and modern amenities. The staff were polite and attentive and tried to help despite the property's limitations. Being close to the railway station is convenient for people arriving by train. The location is an advantage, but the dated condition and unavailable restaurant took away from the experience. I'd suggest looking elsewhere until improvements are made.
