After about 30 minutes, the hotel let me check in, following a call to goibibo customer care. Before that, the front desk person and owner (caretaker) refused my check-in and kept asking for more money, even though I'd booked through the goibibo app and paid the full amount shown there. I had the confirmation email, but they said they couldn't do anything and that it was my problem for booking through an app, telling me repeatedly to contact goibibo. They weren't willing to listen. Arguments started and I was ready to call police. Someone from goibibo called the hotel staff, and only then did they allow me in. The whole thing was a mess: no management, courtesy, professionalism, or customer service. The front desk person and owner are undisciplined and don't treat anyone like a guest. They act like goons asking guests for more money. Waste of time and money. Completed fraud people. Pathetic experience. I'll never visit again.

Don't come here with an Oyo booking or you'll be treated like a guest who hasn't paid. The hotel manager will keep asking for extra payment, and no one is there to hear you out, just excuses. Please don't come, or you'll waste your money with such cheap staff. So bad an experience with this hotel.

I visited Ludhiana for the first time and stayed three nights. The hotel is near the railway station, but I wouldn't recommend more than one night. The room was small, the bed really uncomfortable, and the sheets weren't clean. The AC was off. Not good for a couple.

There is no lift, only high steps, and the room was very small with a dirty smell. They said Oyo sold our room at a very low rate, so they wouldn't give us a room. They also said they wouldn't provide breakfast. Very bad.

The room was small, dirty, and smelled bad. The staff were rude, especially the manager. Unless you have an urgent reason, try to avoid checking in.
