JC Residency Madurai

The food was delicious, with multi cuisines for worldwide communities, and the hotel management kept a hygienic, healthy environment. The travel desk arranged what we needed for local site tours and trips to other destinations, at reasonable charges. At night, the lighting and views from the property were stunning. J C RESIDENCY at Kodaikanal has a classic, royal feel in its architecture, with elegance throughout. It suits families, businesses, fun loving souls, and children. I felt calm and peaceful the whole stay and enjoyed every moment. Staff at all levels were supportive, helpful, and kind, and it’s a stress free residency with all sorts of amenities and facilities. I’ll always remember the place and its facilities, and recommend this properly to my dears, loved ones, friends, and colleagues. Young married couples can come for honeymoon trips.

The hospitality is what made my holiday in India at JC Residency memorable. Surya Sri and Varsha were especially helpful, polite, and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’d highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

The food was a highlight, absolutely delicious and authentic, with nothing feeling commercial or mass-produced. The in-house bakery’s homemade pastries were a lovely surprise, fresh and made with care. Captain S. Nagaraj also made our stay more memorable with his warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. JC Residency, Madurai has huge, well-maintained rooms with excellent amenities, and it felt like a home away from home. The interiors have beautifully carved wooden décor and the timeless charm of an old royal palace. It blends tradition, authenticity, comfort, and heartfelt service. An unforgettable stay, highly recommended for anyone visiting Madurai.

We’ve had a very good hotel stay so far. At the breakfast buffet, S.Mala is professional, always ready to help, and keeps a smile and positive attitude. V.Karthiga is very helpful there too. K.Annam was attentive and observant, handling our requests and orders professionally. Pitchaimani is kind and positive in room service, and brings food on time.
