OYO 7355 Covinille

The bedroom and bathroom were both huge, and eating outside at the restaurant was great. The staff were super nice and very patient with me, even though I only speak English.

The staff made the stay easy, helping with calls and arranging taxis, and the room was spacious. I’d called months ahead because I knew I’d arrive early in the morning after a long international trip. The man was kind and said there’d be a room ready at no extra charge. They checked in with me on the day, and sure enough I was able to get in early. He also gave me a ride on his motorcycle to a nice restaurant so I could get food, and I took their card since they deliver. I ended up eating there for every meal. Check out Shree Bhavan. I got five-star treatment and hope I can come back.

We arrived around 1 am after our car broke down and had to find somewhere to stay. We didn’t even get checked in. The front desk staff were rude, the process was confusing, and we waited more than 20 minutes without anyone coming to help. The lobby was dark and dingy, nothing like the photos online, so we left to look elsewhere. I can’t comment on the rooms, but based on the service and the hotel’s condition, I wouldn’t recommend it. I’d especially warn female family members against going, as we were denied a room without warning. I hope the owner never has to face the same situation while looking for accommodation. I hope people don’t stay here.

Nice room for an affordable price, and the staff are friendly.
