The only thing working for me right now is the Wi-Fi. The Deluxe room is tiny, and the washroom is even smaller than ones in other hotels I’ve stayed in. There’s a little cupboard, but nowhere else to put luggage. Luckily, I brought only a backpack. The photos seem to use a wide angle, and there’s no proper reception. The charges are too high for this quality.

The owner was very polite and helped us with travel packages. We enjoyed staying here for Mahabaleshwar’s cool, quiet atmosphere. Cleaning was 10/10, service 10/10, and the other amenities 10/10. Food was 9/10. Consider it for a hospitable stay.

The food tasted good, but service isn’t available around the clock. You need to order only after 7:30 pm, and I wish food were available throughout the day. There was a bathroom leak and the TV display was broken. I wasn’t happy.

We liked the property, and everything from the facilities to the arrangements was up to the mark. The owner and staff were very polite. From arriving right through checkout, the whole experience felt surreal. We’d definitely book the same place again next time we come to MAHABALESHWAR.

Kushi villa is a nice spot for friends or family. Ajay is a decent, friendly guy starting a new business, and he has a hotel management degree. The home-cooked meal was nice too. I recommend giving it a visit with your family or friends.
