Hotel Bella Valley

There was plenty of open parking beside the hotel, and the breakfast was limited in choice but good quality. The rooms were clean, with proper bedsheets and a dental kit, and we had hot water even at night. I stayed one day and had a pleasant time. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The mountain view in front of the hotel looked stunning in the morning sunlight.

I stayed at your resort in Panchgani on 23 Jan 2026, and it fell well short of the basic comfort and service promised when I booked. The room and floor were unclean, the bedsheets were dirty, and the washroom was unhygienic. Staff were rude or unresponsive, the food wasn't good, and advertised facilities, including the bonfire and music sound, weren't available. This caused a lot of inconvenience for my family after we'd planned the trip in advance. I chose the resort based on its reviews and photos, but what we found was far from what was advertised. Please look into this, hotel owner.

I booked a deluxe room for one day for my family, but they refused to give us the room we had booked and offered a stay room instead. When I pointed out that our booking included a deluxe room with a terrace, the manager said we'd have to pay more than 1000 Rs to get it. The manager was arrogant, and the hotel owner was involved too. I also didn't feel the hotel was safe for a family or a group of girls. There's no proper reception, and the property is 5km from the Mapro garden despite the map information. Guys, be aware before booking. I don't think this place is safe for anyone.

The valley and Dhom Dam backwaters are breathtaking. We also got excellent service and great food, and the location was nice. Good value for money, especially for nature lovers.
