A pathetic stay. There was no hot water, and actually no water at all. Don’t visit.

The one real plus was being close to Mahabaleshwar market, so we could walk out for meals in the morning and at night. But we paid 3k a night for 2 nights and were seriously disappointed. The hygiene felt like 2/5 and the service was absolutely the worst. At 500-800 rupees a night, maybe 1000 at most, I might have thought the place was fair value. At 3000rs, I regretted booking it. I’m convinced the positive reviews are fake. I’d never recommend staying here. If you’re spending that much, pay a little more for a reputed hotel. 👎

The caretaker was friendly, and it’s a great place to stay. Everything is accessible within about 1 km, right in the middle of the market.

Being near the market was the best part. The rooms were comfortable, and the huge hall and kitchen made this a lovely stay for our group. Loved it.
