The front view is stunning, and the rooms are impeccably clean and well maintained. At Prajakta Holiday Inn in Panchgani, the staff were courteous, respectful, and attentive to every need, and the food was delicious and satisfying. The peaceful atmosphere and top-notch amenities made this one of the best stays in Panchgani for me. I came away feeling it had exceeded my expectations.

The bathrooms weren't clean, and they somehow made a bad maggi here. Staff didn't want to do anything. Zero hospitality, rude behaviour.

Sydney point is hardly a 5 minute walk away. Food can be served in the rooms, restaurant, or garden, and a bonfire is available when asked. The rooms are clean, well ventilated, and the service is prompt and professional. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I'd definitely suggest this hotel to anyone planning a visit to panchgani.

A nice spot for anyone who wants silence and nature's beauty. The owner is generous, though the hotel's service needs improvement.

The bed sheet wasn't washed, the room stank, and there were bed bugs. Bad service and no cleanliness. Please don't book this hotel prajakta.
