The replacement hotel was far from the one I'd booked, and its service wasn't up to standard. I lost almost half a day sorting it out and missed lunch with my family, which ruined much of the holiday. I booked Treebo a month before 26 Jan, paid in advance, and received confirmation two days after booking. But on the day we were due to check in, they said the booking wasn't confirmed. They blamed a technical issue and moved us to another hotel at the same rate. It seemed they were taking walk-in bookings at higher prices during the three-day holiday period, when demand was high. I've never had such a bad experience with Treebo Trend and won't book with the chain again. If you want a hassle-free holiday, I'd avoid it.

We had a booking about 20 days ahead and had received confirmation, but when we arrived they refused to honor it. They wanted us to book on site at a much higher price, or tried to move us to cheaper options. Those other rooms were in very poor condition and badly managed.

The rooms were awful, and the management was bad. When we decided to leave after seeing the rooms, they tried to charge us more. The hotel was extremely expensive for rooms that were barely worth 1k. Go for treebo trend.

A nice experience overall, and the employees were friendly.
