The downsides were breakfast refills that came slowly during busy hours, food that was a bit oily, and water that wasn’t served unless we asked. A kettle with tea or coffee in the room would’ve helped. Otherwise, it was a peaceful stay. Near Panchgani but away from the crowd, the property has a cozy feel and is surrounded by nature. It’s well maintained, with comfortable rooms and running hot water. Staff were polite and helpful, and owner Sana managed the resort well. The bonfire was a nice extra.

For the price, this is one of the best budget stays in Mahabaleshwar, with a great mix of nature, atmosphere, and value. The waterfall area was especially beautiful, surrounded by lush trees that made it feel fresh and peaceful. I saw the sprinklers make a rainbow, such a magical view. The water is clean and natural. I’d love to plan another trip here with our office team.

The estate is full of greenery and has a lovely simplicity and beauty. Rooms and resort were very well maintained, the cleanliness was excellent, and staff were polite and helpful. Anushka at reception helped us get great rooms, while Meenal at the restaurant, along with Saurabh and Ramesh, gave us great service. I’d recommend it for friends and family. One of the best resorts we’ve discovered in Mahabaleshwar panchghani. 5/5.

We had a great time at Sherbaug – A Theme Park & Resort. The team’s service matched what we expected and had been promised, and Ramesh and Pratik were especially cooperative and helpful. The food was tasty, and the setting felt very pleasant. We appreciate the hospitality and look forward to coming back.

The property has a peaceful, serene feel and is excellent overall, but the room I stayed in has aging infrastructure that needs repairs. The landscaping and nature walk could also use some upkeep. The food and staff service deserve five stars: they were prompt and helpful whenever I asked for something. I’d come back if I get the chance. Wishing them the best for the future and continued growth.
