SPOT ON 88227 Hotel Vrundavan Palace

The lady owner lives on site and was kind, supportive, and available 24/7. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The building is new but still under construction. We had a large room with a modern toilet, a gallery-like sitting area, wifi, hot water, and TV. Breakfast can be ordered for an extra charge. There’s private parking for two-wheelers, while cars have open roadside parking and no private parking.

The location is excellent and the staff are good. The rooms were clean, and for the money the place felt worth it. Just be aware that even after paying the discounted OYO amount, they asked for at least 600 more at check-in. There’s no car parking, and the two-wheeler ramp to the hotel parking is very narrow and tricky.

Getting to the hotel means crossing a very steep, weak-looking bridge that's only wide enough for one person. It seems unsuitable for older people, and there’s no parking or even a place to bring a two-wheeler. Inside, the rooms weren’t clean, staff weren’t very helpful, WiFi was weak, and there were no TV channels. There wasn’t a games room, and even the plates and glasses weren’t washed.

I reserved two rooms through OYO for Rs.1535 per night, then called the reception. The woman there said the rooms were confirmed, but not at that rate, claiming OYO had listed it by mistake and their price was 3200 per night. She told me to cancel. That was really ridiculous, and OYO's service was very bad. Please don't book through OYO.
