We had a really bad stay, and I wouldn't book here again. The sheets didn't look clean, and there were no towels, toothbrush kit, or tea and coffee sachets in the room. The bathroom sheet was broken, the TV couldn't be used because there was no recharge, and hot water for bathing was available only until 11 a.m. Even after we complained more than once, nothing was fixed. They charged ₹50 for hot milk for my small child, then ₹700 for a bedsheet my child accidentally soiled. That charge felt excessive. All of this made things difficult for my family and spoiled our holiday. Don't book this hotel.

For the price, this place didn't offer much. The bathroom looked close to falling apart, the curtain was dirty, and the bedding seemed very old. Hot water was available for just three hours in the morning. At reception, staff changed the posted checkout time from 11 a.m. to 10 a.m. by writing over the notice.

The breakfast was fresh and tasty, and there was enough to get the day started well. We also found the double-bed rooms comfortable, clean, and well looked after. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the property had a peaceful feel. Being close to Mahabaleshwar's main market made shopping and sightseeing easy. It was a pleasant stay for the money, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the market.

We spent just 24 hours there, and parking was a hassle. I had to reposition my car four times. The staff were friendly, but three of them kept asking for tips. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel, and breakfast was only two tasteless items. The room had no hot water, and the AC, TV, and kettle weren't working. There were no tea or coffee packets, shampoo, or towels, and the doors were broken. The hotel is in a basti where local people, all Muslim, kept looking at us and our car for no reason. The experience wasn't good, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff were very helpful. Food was tasty and brought hot to our room. It's also close to the main market. A good hotel for families and couples.
