We loved how peaceful it was, which is hard to find after months of traveling around India. The location is great for the beach and main monuments, and the place is fairly clean and comfortable. The owner is kind and helpful, and I'm sure he'll try to sort out any problems. Dogs sometimes bark at night and could wake you, though. Our first night was rough without AC, with mosquitoes everywhere. We worried the bites might have passed on a disease. We slept well from the second night, once we had AC. If you book a room without it, see the room first. Downstairs stays cooler, while upstairs can reach around 45°C and is impossible to sleep in without AC. Opening the small windows for air lets mosquitoes in.

Thanks, and sorry. I thought both full moon(trilochan) and Rajalakshmi guest house were the same place, so I left that bad review. I've removed it and may choose you in the future. My suggestion is to buy that opposite guest house too, as soon as possible. All the best.

Please don't book this room. The bathroom had standing water and a bad smell, and the sheets and pillows hadn't been washed. The place was poorly maintained and below standard for cleanliness. There was no face mirror, hot water, drinking water, or basic facilities. The owner's response was extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this guest house for families or couples.

The beach is a short walk away and the price is reasonable, though parking for four-wheelers is outside the property. The staff were polite, but the rooms fell short: old interiors, poor cleanliness, little in the way of amenities, and no proper bedding or toiletries. The stay left a lot to be desired, and the rooms need better maintenance and amenities.
