I wouldn't recommend this for families. The rooms smelled bad and didn't feel hygienic, and the pool looked too dirty to use safely. Parking is tight too, so you may wait a long time for someone else to move their car. Breakfast was just bread and an omelet, with an extra charge of 500/600.

A quiet private beach is only a short walk away, and it was much less crowded than the main beach. The property is easy to reach on the main road, with plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant.

The hotel is on the main road and the staff were friendly, but for the price the service and rooms were only okay. The AC smelled, and the fridge snacks weren't fresh. Room service could improve too, at least by covering the food on its way to the room. The staff had no proper uniform and seemed poorly groomed, which looked shabby and unprofessional. The complimentary breakfast ran short of food, and items weren't replaced once they were gone. Parking fits at most five cars, so when it's full you may have to leave your car on the service road. The building also needs better upkeep, especially how the extra beds are stored on the first floor. The reception area is tiny and gets cramped when several guests are there, and the entrance doesn't feel welcoming. It's a good idea to look around the area on Google Maps, including terrain, before booking.

The complimentary breakfast had only idly, pongal, dosa and vada. At booking, they quoted one price for the sea view room, then asked for more when we checked in. We questioned it, and they said they would give us the room if we agreed, otherwise they would return the advance. Since we were there with family, we felt we had no choice and paid extra.
