The staff were rude, and even after I asked, they said they could provide only basic facilities. My room had no table for dining, no washbasin, and a TV that didn't work. The bathroom was so small that nobody could bathe in it. It was only just okay for spending time while boarding a train.
The bed and bathroom were extremely dirty, and the staff had bad manners. The place felt spooky and unhygienic, and they didn't even give me soap. There's no in-house restaurant or tea. They charged 750 for a room that should cost 200. OYO should take hotels like this off its list because they're hurting OYO's name and reputation.
