During our engagement celebration, Amrita kept Room 508 at Alstonia Hotel spotless, even with guests coming and going throughout the event. She was professional, careful, kind, and available whenever we needed help. We’re grateful for her dedication and attention to detail, which helped make the occasion more enjoyable and less stressful. Thank you, Amrita, for doing such a wonderful job cleaning our room.

Comfort at Alestonia was a lovely place for a birthday dinner. My brother-in-law booked a table for a romantic evening, and it was even better than we expected. The food was authentic, tasty, and hygienic, and we enjoyed the dishes we tried. Drinks were spot on, too. We went on a Friday and enjoyed the live weekend music. Vijay’s warm service made us feel well looked after. The fruit cake wasn’t my favorite kind, but it was surprisingly delicious. The atmosphere works for families, and I’d recommend Comfort for celebrations.

The staff are caring and humble, and the hotel is very hospitable. The rates are easy on the pocket compared with other hotels. The bar has happy hours, and the morning buffet is excellent. It’s a place to visit on your own or with family.

I’ve stayed at the comfort inn four times over the past year and always loved the service and general atmosphere. This time, some of my things went missing from my room, and I was surprised by how defensive the staff were when I reported it. I’ve enjoyed my stays there otherwise. I’d just urge guests to keep an eye on their belongings, precious or not.

Amrita was especially kind and always ready to help, which added a lot to my stay. The location also worked well for getting around, whether you're traveling alone or with family. I spent two nights and three days here, and the clean deluxe room and good service were better than I expected from the online reviews. The bathrooms could use an upgrade, though it wasn't a major issue for me.
