Hotel C7 Munnar

The staff made the visit memorable with their humble, friendly, respectful manner. We came in peak season, but the price still didn't feel excessive compared with other hotels in Munnar. I shared a photo with the restaurant staff too, you guys are amazing! I'd happily book here again and again. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely meet again. 😊

We stayed for three days and had a lovely time. The views were mesmerising, and our room was airy and clean. Reception was helpful and knowledgeable, and both the food and breakfast were delicious and welcoming. The hospitality was top notch. Highly recommended.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and everyone we met was polite, helpful, and smiling. It's a beautiful, peaceful place, and we had an excellent stay. I'd recommend it to families and couples.

The plantation view from our room was good, but that was about the only part we enjoyed. We stayed at C7 Munnar recently, and the room and bathroom both needed better cleaning. There were very few TV channels, which was especially disappointing in the evenings. The property felt dull for families, with no activities or recreation, not even a swing or seesaw. Breakfast was the biggest letdown. It runs from 8 AM to 10 AM, and though we arrived at 8:45 AM, most items were already gone. Staff didn't refill them. They told us it would take 10 minutes, but after waiting around 30 minutes nothing had been replenished. The choices were limited to begin with, and staff seemed little interested in helping or restocking. Overall, the stay fell short of what we expected, and the service needs improvement. I hope management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.
