I was stuck there for the night because it was already late and I had nowhere else to go. The room they gave me was damp and smelled bad, and the linen, blanket, and bathroom were extremely dirty. The hotel was shut when I arrived. Customer support gave me two numbers, but the property manager apparently didn't answer. A guard let me in after I asked, then opened the website and had me enter my details myself. Neither the manager nor receptionist was there. I never expected to end up in a hotel like this through OYO.

I've lived in this area for the past year. It's clean, the surroundings feel fresh, and it's easy to get everyday essentials nearby.

The rooms are in awful shape, and they won't accept bookings made online through any site. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

My stay at hotel liva was a bad experience. There was no cold water or Wi-Fi, and the room service was missing. There wasn't anyone at reception when I needed them either.
