PP Residency by OYO Rooms

There was no hot water in the bathroom, and basic items such as handwash and dental kits took repeated requests. They even said handwash wasn't considered a basic requirement. The bathroom facilities and other amenities were lacking, and the service was very poor. Reception was rude and yelled at customers for asking questions. I wouldn't recommend this place to friends or family.

The suite was spacious and clean, and the restaurant was reasonably good, with fair prices and food that tasted fine. But getting around was a hassle since there's no cab booking service, so you have to rely on outside booking agents. The WiFi was a major letdown: each time we entered the room, it took 5-10 minutes to connect, on both Android and iOS, and staff didn't know what to do. This new hotel is a little off the main road. The connecting road is poorly maintained and smells bad because of nearby slaughterhouses. Front desk service didn't meet industry standards, either. They wouldn't provide some toilet items, including a shaving kit and body wash. The hotel needs to improve its service to match its price range.

Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient, accessible location, and the staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond. Our room at PP Residency was clean, tidy, and well cared for. It was a comfortable stay and good value for the money, with excellent service. I'd recommend it for work trips or personal stays.

The hotel is about an hour and a half from downtown, so keep that in mind. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast came with the stay, though it was pretty basic. A good stay overall.
