At ₹1100, my non-AC room was missing basics like bedsheets and blankets. When I asked for a sheet, I was told they only provide those in AC rooms. There also wasn’t a landline in the room to call reception. The room and bathroom were clean, though they could have been cleaner. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this was a particularly bad experience. The stay fell short of what I expected.

At just 650 rs for a single non AC room, it’s a very affordable place to stay in Malappuram’s downhill area. The rooms are clean and well kept. There are veg and non veg restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The stay was comfortable, and the price was cheap, but the room felt about as basic as the rate suggests. It’s not deluxe, just an average room, probably best for middle class and below travelers. I also had trouble with the setup: there was no switch by the bed for the lights or charging a phone, and no fan speed control there either. 3/5.

The reception staff behaved well, and the hotel felt safe for families and women. But the bathroom wasn’t clean, and there was fungus along the bathroom walls and window curtains. Parking wasn’t adequate, and there was no hot water in the bathroom, even in an AC room. If you want somewhere clean and well maintained, I wouldn’t choose this hotel.
