The blankets smelled filthy and were very untidy, and the washroom was dirty too. Basic fittings like the taps and jet spray didn’t work. They couldn’t even provide a glass for drinking water. There’s no kitchen, so they don’t serve food. The intercom wasn’t working either, which meant walking to reception whenever I needed something. Worst hotel in Malda Town.

The rooms are decent and the rent is okay, but the food was awful. I ordered chicken pakora and got pieces packed with onion and hardly any chicken, so it felt like eating onion pakoras. I paid 180 rupees for them. Don’t order food here.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, with restaurants, medical stores, banks, and the court easy to reach. The service, though, was extremely poor. There is a restaurant, but the food quality is terrible, so I’d strongly advise against trying it. The hotel is basically like a small OYO. There’s no room service, the bathrooms are horrible, and getting to the top floor is very difficult, especially for elderly people.

It’s a decent hotel in a good location, about 3 kms from Malda town railway station. AC is available, and they provide a tea kit and complimentary water bottles. The bathrooms could use a little maintenance, but overall it was OK.

Trying to book was a poor experience. They didn’t even speak to me as a customer, and the price quoted was very different from the online price. I’m also concerned about safety. Not recommended, please don’t book this hotel.
