We stayed for two nights and the caretaker was helpful with check-in and checkout, any issues, and suggestions for places to visit and local food. The Airbnb has a large parking area, and the gated grounds have a security guard, so parking your own vehicle felt risk-free. It's a little way in from the main road but well connected, close to the beach and local cuisine spots, and centrally placed for nearby tourist attractions, mostly 15-20 minutes away. Inside, there was a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely living room, a comfortable bedroom, and all the necessary amenities. A great stay, and I'd recommend it for quick beach access and local sights.

The beach is just 300m away, and Konkan Pulse Resort made for a restful, high-quality stay. It was professionally managed, with service up to professional standards. I'd highly recommend it for friends or families looking for a peaceful place. A must visit with your family.

The apartment had a room, a hall, and a kitchen, which was great, but I'd still choose a hotel. I wasn't sure about the apartment stay idea, since food and other services weren't available and even restaurants weren't close by. We also had an issue with the door lock during check-in. It was an OK experience.
