The food was average and had no variety, and the food court had no ambience. There was space available, but it wasn’t being used. Some light music in the food court Gallery would help. In such cold weather, a complimentary bonfire would make sense, but the hotel charges 3000/- for it. The hotel is OK OK, though there’s room for improvement. Since you’ve travelled so far, I’d recommend finding a better hotel. You deserve better.

I was traveling with a toddler, and the service was top-notch. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with central heating, and we got 5-star service for a very decent price. Special thanks to GM Mr. Pramesh, who promptly fixed an error I’d made during booking and made sure we had no trouble during our stay. Kind gestures like that make a visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back.

We loved the calm riverside setting at Mastiff Grand. Waking to the sound of the water and views of the mountains made each moment feel peaceful. The rooms were spacious, modern, clean, and very comfortable. Staff were warm and attentive, and made sure we had what we needed. The food was awesome too, with a delicious range of flavors that made every meal a highlight. With its lovely river views, location, and top-tier service, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

The Hote is great, and I really enjoyed staying here. The staff were professional, polite, and helpful, and the food was good. For a mountain and river view, book one of the river view rooms. The view was amazing. Just note that it’s not in proper manali. It takes 10 to 15 min by car to get to manali mall road.

Mastiff has a superb riverside location, and we had a great experience with its excellent service and friendly staff, especially GM Sir and Deepak Ji. Our room was spotless and spacious, with a great view, a comfortable bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with nice toiletries. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety, and the restaurant meals were fresh, tasty, and good value for money.
