We were seven families with small children, and this stay left us feeling that our money was wasted. On the first day, the Fab hotel team gave us only six rooms instead of seven. There was no ambience, power, or water, and even a heater wasn't available in minus 7 degree weather. The service from both the hotel and Fab hotel team was terrible. They don't seem to have their instructions sorted out with hadhimba heights hotel. Don't choose this place.

We spent two nights here for New Year, and I don't understand the four-star rating. The guesthouse felt worse than a third-class one, and the staff were rude. They would drink and then come to our room at 1:30 am about the food order bill. Other guests seemed upset too. After drinking, they also broke one customer's car's front glass. I'd rather stay on the road than here.

The rooms were just okay, but the location was good. Staff behaviour was good as well. I had a great experience, so go and enjoy your stay.

This place had such negative vibes, and I had the worst experience. The owner seemed like a psychopath, while staff were rude, uneducated, and drunk all the time. They made comments about us. I would strongly warn couples and women traveling here against staying. Not recommended at all.
