The manager and owner were both friendly and generous. They helped us plan our trip and negotiated the taxi fare for us. They even served dinner at 3am 🙏. The staff were helpful and supportive, and the food and service were good. I loved staying here, away from the crowds and surrounded by nature. I highly recommend this place.

The staff were extremely rude and their behavior was very bad. The rates were much higher than hotels in proper Manali, even though this place is very far from Mall Road, main Manali, and all the other attractions. This was my worst experience among all the hotels I've stayed in. Please don't visit.

The rooms were tidy and had a great ambiance, and the staff were wonderful and cooperative. I recently took my first trip to Manali with my closest friends, and we stayed at the Elysian Hotel. We'd like to stay there again on our next visit.
