Dream Planner organized the trip really well. Our travel advisor, Praveen, was professional, responsive, and handled everything smoothly. The hotel had a great location and warm, courteous staff. Dinner was good, though breakfast was disappointing. We also had electricity problems, and there was no hot water for bathing even when the power was on. It was still a pleasant experience, and I’d recommend Dream Planner and Praveen for their good service.

My wife and I stayed for about a week in the second week of July, and it was a fantastic experience. The price was reasonable and the food was really good. A big thanks to the restaurant staff for looking after us so well.

We’d definitely stay again. Our room had a balcony with awesome mountain views, and it was huge and spotless. The bathroom was clean, food and service were great, and housekeeping was courteous. There’s good parking space too.

We were in winter, and the hotel is a bit far uphill from Mall Road, so it suited us well for quiet time, good views, and food. Our superior room had a great valley view. The food was delicious, and I’d suggest adding meals to your stay. Staff were polite and quick to help. Room heaters cost extra. The geysers worked, but we had no hot water from the taps on 2 out of 3 mornings, which was a little difficult in winter.

Terrible service. After spending 3 to 4 lakhs, they knocked on our door over 1000 rupees and gave just a single complimentary water bottle for 4 people in one room.
