The staff were completely unprofessional and seemed not to know even the basics of hotel service. Food was so bad I couldn't fill my stomach, and there was no proper room service. The floors were dusty, cleanliness was zero, and the bed looked as if the hotel had been shut for years. They even gave us a wet towel. It seemed like they didn't have enough hotel staff to run the services properly. This hotel ruined the Manali trip I'd planned so much for. There's no zero or negative rating option, otherwise I'd have chosen one. Please don't waste your hard-earned money here, it could ruin your dream trip too.

The rooms themselves are good, but they weren't clean. Staff were very rude and unhelpful, and made us feel like a burden instead of guests. The hotel manager's behaviour was especially bad. I wouldn't suggest staying here.

They confirmed the booking, but when we arrived, they told us the rooms had been cancelled.

We love staying here. The hotel is very good, with really good service, staff behaviour, and food. Superb.

A couple were sleeping outside on a mattress, even though rooms were vacant. That was shocking. The food, especially from the kitchen, seemed unhygienic. Bed covers and pillowcases were dirty, and the geyser tap was broken in some rooms. There weren't even welcome drinks. A very bad hotel.
