The price information was confusing. The website listed ₹600 a night, but when I called Hotel Meadows customer service, they quoted ₹1,800. When I brought up the website rate, the person on the phone was rude and just told me to book online. That gave a poor impression, especially for first-time visitors. I hope management makes pricing clearer and improves customer service.

The photos don't match what you find there, and the prices seem too high for a homestay. Keep in mind, this isn't a hotel.

Really good food, and Mall Road is only about a 900-meter walk. A budget friendly option for anyone.

On 10th May'25, I stayed here and found it to be the worst hotel I've experienced in my 65 years. The rooms didn't look like the photos, and both the staff and the hotel's MD were very rude. At Rs. 2,000/- per night, the room condition and service weren't worth the price. We had booked online for two nights, 10th and 11th May'25, and paid 100% in advance. An emergency came up, so we decided on the evening of the 10th to check out the next morning. Despite asking repeatedly, we weren't refunded any of the advance for 11th May'25. I ask others not to stay here.

The view down below was basically a garbage dump, though the mountains covered in snow above were beautiful. The walk to Mall Road was quite long, so I wouldn't suggest booking here if you're traveling with family. Our service was satisfactory, but the room itself was dusty and unclean. We bargained with reception and got the heater charge reduced.
