A horrible stay. The staff member was drunk at check-in and behaved very rudely. There was no water, the room, washroom, and blankets were unclean, and there was no customer service. We had to carry our own luggage from the car to the room. There was no hot water in the morning and no parking. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel if you’re staying in Manali with your family.
