We stayed three days with family in a super deluxe room. Tyson, their husky, was super friendly and lovable, and the staff were very helpful. The property has a private garden surrounded by flowers, with beautiful valley views. For the price, the views are excellent and the location nestled in the valley is peaceful. The food was good as well.

The breakfast buffet was so tasty we were full and still wanted more. The staff were polite and very good, and they arranged complimentary cake and decorations for our anniversary. It's a well-located hotel in old Manali with very reasonable prices. Thanks for the service 🙏

Peaceful setting, good food, and clean, spacious rooms and washrooms. Hidimba Devi temple is hardly a 5 minute walk away.

We had a pleasant family stay at Hotel Highland, Manali from the 1st to the 3rd of June, 2025. The room was comfortable, and the property felt spacious and peaceful, with its own parking as a big plus. The location wasn't ideal, but the food was very good. Staff were warm and polite whenever we raised concerns about the TV and tap water, yet neither issue had been fixed by checkout after three days. The restaurant also has no wash basin, so guests must use the nearby shared toilet, where there was no soap for washing hands. Thanks for the hospitality, and I hope Hotel Highland, Manali takes this feedback on board to improve the service.

The garden was a lovely place for coffee in the morning or an evening walk, with lots of greenery and bright flowers. I also enjoyed the swimming pool, whether for a swim or just relaxing beside it. The hotel is peaceful but still close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it handy for exploring and a good place to unwind. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it for a serene getaway.
