Hotel Jamla Regency Manali

The view from the room was splendid, and the rooms themselves were spacious and good. Cleanliness was a problem, though: there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and the windows hadn’t been cleaned properly. Food was tasteless with very few options. They also gave us filtered water because the hotel had no mineral water.

The food here felt like a home-cooked meal, and the welcoming hospitality added to that homely feel. I loved looking out from the balcony at the scenic surroundings. My stay at this Residency was wonderful, and I think it’s the best place to stay in Manali for a holiday.

The location is great, but my experience with the hotel and its staff was the worst. The staff seemed untrained, unprofessional, and unclean, and the infrastructure wasn’t very good either. Breakfast and dinner were third-rate. I’ve had food 100 times better at any third-class OYO hotel. Please don’t waste your time or money here, or let the staff ruin your holiday.

The room was very large and clean, and the food was tasty and good quality. The staff were helpful and the service was great. We arrived late, at 11:30 at night, and they still served us fresh, hot food. Deep helped us out and even let us use his personal vehicle to go to the market.
