The staff weren’t very good, and the food was bad too. My room was very messy, and the washroom was dirty. Electricity was a major problem in some of the other rooms, though not in mine. The geyser and sockets in my room didn’t work.

The hot water ran short when it was time to bathe, which was disappointing in the cold weather. The food was just average. Still, the room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a warm, comfortable bed, and the washroom was clean too. I had a pretty good stay overall, especially if you want a peaceful, clean place with comfortable rooms in Manali.

There were no towels in the room, and the hotel was very dirty. Service was disappointing too.

The room smelled, and the washroom wasn’t clean. Our bathtub and basin both had cracks. When we asked to switch rooms, a staff member rudely said it wasn’t their fault. The rooms were awful, and I’d tell people not to book Hotel Jessica.

10/10
We had two kids, one teenager, another couple, and plenty of luggage with us. Even with the stairs up to the elevator, this was one of the nicest places we stayed in Manali. The rooms were pleasant and clean, and the location was great. What really stood out was how helpful and generous the owner and staff were with their time and advice. Good quality at a reasonable price, definitely worth it. 👍
