We paid 3500 inr for one night, and the owner's treatment of us was awful. He used very bad words about my parents, then came at us aggressively when we asked him not to speak so rudely. He told us to leave the room at 12 pm of night. The staff were rough and rude too, and seemed ready to fight. These people are bad, and I don't think this hotel is good for tourists or safe for families. Please avoid it. I also have videos.

The place still feels cozy and has a great location with beautiful views, but its service has slipped. Response times are slower, housekeeping is less attentive, and room maintenance no longer seems to meet the high standard it once did. It's disappointing to see the attention to detail that made the hotel special fade. I hope they bring back the quality long-time guests like me appreciated.
