The rooms were good, but service let the place down during my five-day stay. I had to ask several times before they would change my towels, and there wasn't a kettle for hot water. The dining hall is tiny, so when it gets crowded you have to wait for a seat, even if you have a flight to catch. The food menu was repetitive too.

Really cheap behavior. They moved us to another room without telling us first, while our bags were open. Our clothes were scattered around, and they still touched and packed the women's clothes before leaving them at reception. The staff were very rude. This hotel is third class, zero rating.

It was quiet and peaceful, and the accommodation was clean and very nice. The staff were helpful and cooperative. The food tasted like home, and the quality was very good.
