The staff were rude and behaved very badly. The room was itchy, the sheets weren't clean, and the fans didn't work. There weren't any towels, and there were insects in the room too.

Rats and cockroaches were in the room. The bathroom was clogged and hadn't been flushed. There were random empty alcohol bottles, and the owner raised the prices when we checked out.

I had a really nice experience here. The location was good, the room was clean, and the service was very good. Staff were friendly, and I highly recommend it.
