The service was prompt and professional, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The ambience was nice too. Food quality could be better, but otherwise it was a pleasant stay and good value for money.

Really bad room service, and the food tastes awful. They didn’t even put a kettle in the room. In a cold place like Manali, every room should at least have one. Wouldn’t recommend it.

The people here made our stay feel so welcoming, and they were happy to adjust things to make us comfortable. I spent four days at Zephyr Hotel Manali last week and had a lovely time. The rooms were clean, and the food was fresh and tasty. It’s close to the local market too. I really enjoyed being here and would happily recommend it. ♥️

I stayed in Supreme room 01 (501) from 05 May to 07 May 25. The manager, who is also a leager of the hotel, was nowhere to be seen during my two-day stay. I called while leaving to ask for comments, but he didn’t come up, even though he was in the room behind reception. He said, if you facilities then go to higher property. There’s no lift, and hot water was available only in the morning. Breakfast and dinner were in the worst condition. Also, the picture belongs to Himalayan Queen Hotel behind Zyphr hotel.
