The rooms, food, and service are good. It’s 4 km from the main city, so make sure you have your own transport.

We went with friends and had an awesome time here. The owner is a gem, humble and available throughout, and the food was lovely. The hotel is a great spot for bikers, with a petrol pump right beside it, so you can fuel up before setting off. We booked a duplex room and loved the design, especially the wooden floor, which gave it a totally different vibe. From the stay and service to the location, food, and owner, the whole experience was unbelievable. Go for it, you'll want to come back.

The rooms are spacious and nicely designed, with attractive interiors, but the cold was a real issue. In Manali, where it gets well below 0°C, I expected properly warm rooms, yet there was no heater available as part of the stay. We had to pay extra for a small heater that barely kept the cold out. The lobby was extremely cold too and could be kept warmer. The geysers also took a long time to heat water, and there was only enough hot water for two people at a time.

I was there from 16 to 19 June. The decor was awesome, the food was amazing and the best in Manali, and I loved having a DJ available. We danced a lot. Housekeeping was careless, though, and some service staff need training in how to speak with customers. I hope the hotel improves housekeeping and delivery times and keeps more staff.
