I had a very good stay here. Room service was good and the water heating worked well. The heater rate could be lower, though. Please make it more reasonable.

I regret booking this place. The rooms were dirty, hygiene was poor, service was slow, and there was no hospitality. It was one of my worst hotel stays. Instead of giving customers real quality service, the hotel seems focused on fake online ratings and asks people to pay for reviews.

The food was delicious and the resort had a very peaceful feel. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful mountain views. Staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made the stay even better at The Moniker Resort & Spa, Manali.

Mr Vijay helped make our stay memorable, and I'd definitely recommend the property to family and friends. The Moniker Resort & Spa has a superb atmosphere, nice staff and management, and rooms that work well for couples or families. Thanks to everyone there.

Moniker's food was excellent, and the service felt like that of a five-star hotel. I came to Manali and had a very good stay. I'll be back with my family in May. Salute to the whole team.
