I stayed for 2N in December 2025. The best part was the balcony scenery, which was stunning. Rooms were genuinely good and well kept, and the washrooms were clean and modern. There are some real drawbacks right now. Construction around the hotel brings constant, disturbing noise, which makes a quiet holiday difficult. The in-house restaurant is closed for maintenance, and breakfast gets seriously delayed because they’re trying to manage without a kitchen. Heaters cost extra, at a steep price. The road to the parking lot is extremely steep and hard to navigate, the property has no elevator, and there’s nowhere for drivers to stay. The high rating may be misleading at present, since staff put a lot of pressure on guests to leave a rating during checkout.

I used to be a regular here. A year later, the owner and hospitality were excellent and very cooperative, but from 2026 onward the owner and staff have behaved very badly. The rates are now sky-high, so check food prices before ordering. Dal makhani, which should cost at most 250, was charged at 500 plus 5% GST, and egg fry was 250 plus 5%. Way too expensive. This year we also had too many problems, including a leak in the washroom. I swear I’ll never go back to this hotel.

A quiet spot with parking and food shops nearby, and a fair price. The rooms were very clean and tidy, and service was good. Its location is great for mountain views, especially if you’re visiting for snowfall. It’s suitable for families and kids.

Waking up to snow-covered mountains was the best part. The views of the snow were beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the cozy rooms made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Friendly staff too. A lovely place to enjoy winter and unwind.
