The staff were polite, cooperative, and always willing to help. It was a clean, comfortable place, and we had a really pleasant, smooth stay. I'd definitely recommend it 😊.

The view from the window and balcony was awesome, and the bathroom geysers worked. Hair dryers were available in the bathrooms too. We booked a 3 bedroom villa for the family, including a child, and the stay was good overall. But the rooms weren't cleaned properly, and the pillows and bedsheets weren't clean. The kitchen geyser didn't work, there were no plates, bowls, spoons, or other utensils, and the gas chulha wasn't working. Please provide clean sheets and pillow covers.

The hosts were friendly, and both the room and location were good. It should work well for friends or family if you've got your own vehicle.

The rooms and service were horrible. Booking.com showed one room, but they gave us a completely different one. We paid a lot for two nights expecting a luxury vacation, but got a mattress instead of a proper bed, awful sheets, and smelly, stinking blankets that seemed to have been used before. It was freezing cold, and they still wanted extra money for heaters after we'd paid thousands. The walls and cupboards were mouldy, the rooms stank, and sometimes there was no water. No kettle either, and the staff behaved horribly with little service. Please don't be fooled by the fake pictures posted online. Choose somewhere else.
