It’s an average hotel, and people are nice, except when it comes to the food. Dinner is the same each day: dal, salad, and paneer sabji. If you’re after a mountain view, this isn’t that kind of hotel.

The food was excellent, and Susheel bayya made meals even more enjoyable with attentive service. I was also impressed by how honest and dependable they were, whether helping with local suggestions or taking care of requests. From arrival on, Susheel Kumar bayya was courteous, professional, and always welcoming. The hospitality made me feel genuinely looked after, and they went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I left with a memorable impression of New manali and would happily recommend it for the service.

The hotel's in a market area, so all kinds of useful shops are nearby. It's right beside the road, with enough parking space, and four-wheelers can reach the premises easily. Our room wasn't especially large, but it was comfortable and well furnished, and the attached washroom was good. The part I appreciated most was the service. Room Service Bhaiya was polite and professional, and really earned my respect.

We were riding the Bike ride for kaza spiti Circuit and needed a place to stop and rest. This property gave us exactly the kind of pitstop we wanted, with homely hospitality. We were totally satisfied with the stay and will visit again soon.
