The bathroom tiles were stained and dirty, and room service was terrible. The owner's extremely rude, money-minded attitude and complete lack of hospitality made us feel unwelcome and undervalued. They don't seem to understand how a hotel or homestay should work. I’d warn anyone thinking of staying here to be ready for unfriendly, unhelpful interactions. Himalayan Ecstacy fell far short of what hospitality should be, and I can't recommend it based on my experience. It was way beyond disappointing. We made a terrible decision staying here. I'd give the place zero stars.

The food was good, and that's the only thing I'd rate this place for. The rest of the stay was disappointing. The WiFi didn't work, and we kept having water problems. Staff were rude, and they came into the room without knocking. The doors rattled on their own and made unsettling noise. Technical problems and poor service made for an unpleasant visit.

The location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fine, too. But the rooms were very basic, more like a Motel 6, and the place felt really low end. We had trouble with the value for money. I still don't understand how we could have paid so much to stay there.

The hotel's only selling point was that it was cheap on OYO Rooms that day. All the electrical plugs were burnt out, the lights were fused, and there was no TV. We told the manager and asked for another room, but he said none were available, even though it seemed like we were the only guests. We had to extend one more day for our trip to solang, and when we asked to change rooms the next day, we were again told there wasn't one. Worst experience.

It's a little away from the market, which makes it peaceful and calm. The stay was great, and the staff were kind and polite. Special thanks to Mr.Sonu Malhotra for giving us such great hospitality. Can't wait to visit again.
