OYO Home 19573 Lush View Stay

I'm staying at Oyo home 19573 Lush View from January 1 to January 4, and if I could, I'd give it zero stars. This is my personal account, and others may have a different experience. It is not recommended at all. Choose another well-known hotel. Getting there is difficult. It's in a remote spot, and even with a vehicle it's hard to reach. While construction was underway, I had to park 300 to 500 metres away and walk to the hotel, so there was no vehicle security. Keep your belongings safe yourself. There was no one at reception to help. I had to walk around and ask people whether this was Oyo home lush view and whether they had a booking under my name. The staff were poor at dealing with customers and might even shout at you. If you're not local, you'd better bring your own security. They didn't provide room service or clean the room, which was left full of mud and dirt. For drinking water, they told me to go to the hall and fill my bottle from the cooler. There was a WiFi modem, but no internet service, so the device was useless. The Samsung TV looked good, but without a channel recharge there was nothing to watch. OYO was just as responsible in my experience. They didn't help with these problems, said the hotel manager would cooperate, and then took no action. I can provide the booking ID and other details.

The food is really good, and the staff are very cooperative.
