The property is spread over a large area on a busy road outside Manali's main town, with plenty of trees, apple trees, green grass, and a small park that adds to its beauty. The annex building's first-floor rooms have balconies, while the ground-floor rooms in that building don't. Early in the morning, there are beautiful views of snow-covered mountains. Hospitality was very good, and the food was good too. We did notice one issue indirectly: even though the property is large, there is no drivers' rest room or decent bathroom for them, so the drivers have to sleep in their vehicles. I'd ask the management to consider a room with 5-6 beds as a drivers' dormitory, along with a good toilet for them.

We came back to De Vivendi for a second stay, and the snowy mountain view is still a highlight. The hotel has a lovely garden facing the mountains and a children's play area, so it's a nice spot to spend time with family. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, the staff are polite, warm, and genuinely helpful, and service is fast. The restaurant service is very good too. We highly recommend De vivendi hotel in manali.

No room service at all, and the promised facilities weren't provided. The dishes were just mid, and there was a dead fly in the food 🤢 ew. The rooms were okay, though the villas and cottage were nice. I don't know how this place got a 4-star review.

The resort management has a robber's mindset. They refused to refund me, claiming the road was open on January 24-25 when there was clearly no movement. Absolutely shameful. The owner should be begging with a bowl or robbing people instead of running a hotel. I'm going to file a case.
