The Byke Neelkanth Manali

The peaceful setting was a real highlight, with Manali’s sights easy to reach. We also felt looked after from the minute we arrived. Mr. Kislay Raghuvanshi, the owner, was especially kind and attentive, and the whole team made us feel welcome. Our room was comfortable and well kept, a nice place to come back to after time in the mountains. Staff were quick to help and always courteous, which made the stay easy. We’d happily return to The Neelkanth Grand and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and genuine hospitality in Manali. Five stars.

The mountain views from our clean, comfortable room were lovely. Everyone on staff was friendly and ready to help whenever we needed something. We really enjoyed staying at Nilkanth Grand, and its location made it a great base for a Manali visit.

The vehicle they arranged was the only part of this trip that worked out. Booking a package online for the first time through AKS turned into a horrible holiday. I booked a duplex room, but it wasn't up to standard, and our group of five was moved between two different rooms. One washbasin pipe leaked, and the vegetarian food had no taste. They'd promised a sandwich for 6 in the morning because we had an early departure, then refused when the time came and gave us only dry bread and butter. Shreya was sweet while I was booking, but became very rude after payment. When we moved to a lower priced room, there was no refund. I accidentally left my bag at the hotel. They said nobody had touched it, and I trusted them without checking closely. Later during the journey, I discovered that cash had been taken from my purse. AKS completely ruined my holiday.

I felt comfortable throughout my stay in Manali. The team was attentive, friendly, and helpful, and the hotel also felt very secure. Everything went smoothly, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
