The main drawback was the housekeeping interaction. Reception said our room was ready, but the housekeeper was still cleaning when we arrived and rudely told us to wait outside. They could’ve handled that more politely. The hotel should also provide an electric kettle in every room, which feels like a basic need in cold Manali, and offer toiletries like shower gel, a toothbrush, and toothpaste instead of just one bar of soap. The stay was worth what we paid, with very good, affordable food and a convenient spot close to Mall Road.

The staff made our stay especially easy, always polite and ready to help, and the food was tasty and freshly made. Veer Villa also has a calm setting with convenient access to nearby attractions. Our room was clean, well kept, and had the basic amenities we needed. It felt homely and peaceful from the moment we arrived. A cozy, budget-friendly choice in Manali, especially for families or a quiet break.

Rajesh from the hotel staff was genuinely helpful and made sure we didn't run into problems during our stay. The manager's behavior, though, was very unprofessional and rude. When we needed to extend our stay, he told us to find another hotel. We were traveling as an all-female group with our luggage, and asked if he could give us another room, but he refused. The food menu was limited, and we felt we had no choice but to order from those few options.

The food was excellent, and the staff were polite and helpful. Room service was quick and efficient, too. Our room felt cozy and comfortable, and Hotel Veer Villa is in a great spot, right beside the Buddha Monastery and about a minute's walk from Mall Road. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

The hotel cab cost much less than the options outside, and the food was tasty. Chetan, the manager, was especially polite and helpful throughout our visit. I had a really comfortable and wonderful stay in Manali. Highly recommended.
