Trippy Turtle Hostel

The people at Trippy Turtle Hostel, Manali made the stay feel personal. The hosts and staff were warm, genuine, and happy to help with anything, and we felt connected rather than treated like just guests. With such a welcoming vibe, it felt like a home away from home. I’d gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Manali.

Waking up to the mountain scenery and fresh air in Manali was a highlight, and TRIPPY TURTLE is conveniently placed for nearby attractions and local culture. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well kept, and the property had a peaceful, warm atmosphere. Staff were friendly and ready to help from the moment we arrived. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would recommend it to people after comfort, hospitality, and mountain views.

The cafés and markets were close by, which made the location really handy. I also liked the calm, positive feel of the hostel, with great mountain views. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and kept up well, and the staff were friendly throughout. Hanging out in the common areas and meeting people, with the Manali weather, made the trip even better. Would recommend it for a cozy, comfortable stay.

We got a great view from the terrace and balcony, and the common area was nice for relaxing. Breakfast was included and tasted good. The staff were kind and cooperative. We arrived at 8 AM even though check-in was at 1 PM, and they let us in early at no extra cost. They also stored our luggage for another 6-7 hours the next day for free, which helped a lot. The location is very convenient, about 5 minutes from Mall Road and around 10 minutes from Hadimba Devi Temple. For the price, the facilities seemed reasonable. Our 6-bed dorm had a comfortable bed and blanket, plus a good reading light, though the room itself was a bit dim. The locker was okay, but its key sometimes stuck when locking or unlocking. We rented a Royal Enfield Hunter 350 from the hostel for ₹1000 per day. The bike was in very good condition, and there were no hidden charges. Hot water was available for drinking and in the washroom, except during the occasional brief power cut. A comfortable, budget-friendly place with helpful service. I’d recommend it to solo travelers or groups visiting Manali.
